This new feature allows you to set up the MLS Deal Finder to automatically send deals to your inbox.
1. Enter Search Criteria
The set up is very similar to saving search criteria. Enter the search criteria and remember to enter a name for saving your search. Here we use the MLS Number as the input.
2. Automated Reports
Now that you have entered the search criteria, let's set up the Automated Email. If you choose to send the report, you will have the options to send it to yourself, to your client(s), or to both. You need to click on "Save and Submit" in order to set up the automated email option.
When you click on "Save and Submit" it will open a new window as shown below, and the confirmation message "Your Search Form has been saved!" indicates that the automatic email has been set up.
